The ARB Air Locker RD100 is a pneumatic locking differential for the Dana 30 front axle with 27 splines and a 3.73 or higher gear ratio. Designed for Jeep Wrangler TJ, JK, XJ, and YJ models running steeper gears, the RD100 delivers 100% traction on demand at the flick of a switch — then unlocks to operate as a conventional open differential for normal driving.

How It Works

Compressed air activates a patented locking mechanism inside the differential, preventing the axle shafts from rotating independently. With both wheels locked to the ring gear, maximum traction is maintained regardless of surface conditions. When unlocked, the differential returns to normal open operation with zero performance penalty.
